Return Policy
All sales are final, and
returns are not accepted, with the exception of defective merchandise. If a
MIDI disc or CD is defective, we will be happy to
replace it with the same title. Returns require a valid return number. To
obtain a return number for defective merchandise, send an e-mail to
info@midimarvels.com indicating you have a
defective product, and we'll issue you a return number. Include what is
wrong with the product or what difficulties you are experiencing with it.
Products sent to us without a valid return number will be returned to the
purchaser.
Our Guarantee
All MIDI
Marvels' MIDI files are guaranteed to play on MIDI equipment that is GM, GS,
or XG compatible.
All MIDI Marvels' compact discs are guaranteed to play on digital audio compact disc players that were produced after Jan. 1, 1999.
