MIDI Marvels, we're dedicated to helping churches meet their accompaniment
needs. Whether your church is without instrumentalists or you're blessed
with a full orchestra, we have MIDI files and compact discs to enhance your
music program and make your congregation sing!
All of our MIDI files contain embedded lyrics, and are GM, GS, and XG compatible.
Arrangement Styles
MIDI Marvels produces two arrangements styles: fully orchestrated and
contemporary. When a hymnal is indicated, you'll find
that the MIDI file or CD version of a song is in the same key as shown in
the hymnal, and includes all verses and choruses that are in the hymnal. Our fully orchestrated (symphonic orchestration plus piano and
organ) line features selections from three popular hymnals:
The Baptist Hymnal (1991 edition)
The Celebration Hymnal
The United Methodist Hymnal
We feature contemporary arrangements from The Celebration Hymnal and The United Methodist Hymnal, as well as The Faith We Sing and a variety of Worship & Praise Choruses. This arrangement style is more upbeat than the full orchestrations and includes more percussion.
Samples

and on each product
page, you'll find samples of many of our arrangements. Simply use your mouse
to click on a song title to hear a sample (keep in mind, it will sound only
as good as your computer's sound card will allow!). If you'd like to hear
how the MIDI files will sound on your equipment, right click on the song
title, and "Save Target As." You can designate where to save the sample
to
place it on a disk that is compatible with your equipment. Note: Some
samples are .wav files or Real Audio files and are not compatible with MIDI
equipment.
